We are looking for a personal virtual assistant who is reliable, available, and a coachable team player who is focused and fluent in written and spoken English. The work schedule will start at a minimum of 40 hours per week 8 hours a day for 5 days of the week. Working from home while staying in frequent contact with the home office via email, instant messaging.
Candidates should have good experience with Google Apps (Gmail, Gdrive, Google Calendar, Sheets, and Docs) as this will be our main method of entering data and communicating. Your main job responsibility will be to assist the owner of the company. This is not an offline position, you will need to be in constant communication with the team throughout the day, as well as have daily (or almost daily) meetings for planning purposes.
Pay is bi-weekly via e-payment and starts at $5 USD per hour. If you are interested in applying for this position, please read below.

- Good verbal skills
- Excellent multitasking, time management and organizational skills
- Go getter (ability to work with minimum supervision)
- Small advertising sales & publishing company with printshop
The initial work shift schedule we are looking at is:
- 5:00 am PT to 12:00 pm PT approx (Las Vegas Pacific Time Zone).
