Position: Home Or Office Records Processing Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Records Processing Clerk to join our team, working remotely from home or at our office. Objectives
  • Efficiently process, organize, and maintain company records both digitally and physically
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Support various departments by providing timely access to records and reports
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of records management procedures
Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, and process incoming documents and records according to company standards
  • Classify and file records systematically for easy retrieval
  • Maintain and update electronic databases and physical filing systems
  • Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and improve record-keeping processes
  • Provide support for audits and record reviews when required
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Proven experience in records management, data entry, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with database management systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or office setting
