Operations Support III - Data​/Excel

This is a hybrid position. Monday – Wednesday in office / Thursday and Friday work from home.

The US Patient Services team is an industry leading organization, providing unparalleled patient support that results in improved brand loyalty and patient satisfaction. The Access and Reimbursement Operations Specialist reports to the Associate Director of APS Operations to perform operational support capabilities as well as the management of projects to mature our A&R Field Teams.

• Coordination and management of Access and Reimbursement demographic information (contact numbers, address, title, etc.) to ensure timely completion of onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Monitor Escalation Tool tickets in the Access & Reimbursement channel.
• Triage and manage Escalation Tool tasks between field teams.
• Build and run routine reports in Excel and build PowerPoint presentations.

• Preferable education is a college graduate
