The Field Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the project team on a specific remote job by coordinating data, paperwork, and timekeeping, and providing administrative support through clerical and project‑based work.

• Create and modify documents using Adobe and Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word.
• Perform general clerical duties including answering phone, data entry, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Maintain hard‑copy and electronic filing systems.
• Process time for all workers on site.
• Facilitate new‑hire orientation and paperwork.
• Coordinate and maintain records.
• Support staff with assigned project‑based work.
• Manage communication with the local office as needed.
• Communicate with workers on the job for shift changes and work updates.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Administrative Assistant experience in an office setting preferred.
• Must be efficient, accurate, organized, detail‑oriented, and a good communicator.
• Knowledge of MS applications is required, specifically Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Experience with a Union environment preferred.
• Valid CA Driver’s License required.

The starting salary for this opportunity is listed below. Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility based on company and individual performance, short‑term and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards.
