Overview

Administrative Assistant role ote Work-at-Home, Full-Time.

This position provides support to the leadership team and involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This is an excellent job with opportunities for learning and advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties
  • Answer emails and phone calls
  • Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • Create content to post on the company s social media channels
  • Prepare presentations according to provided instructions
  • Make travel arrangements (flights, car rentals, hotel, and restaurant reservations)
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps)
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
Other requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
  • Willing to submit to up to LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with fingerprint (offers contingent on results)
  • Willing to undergo drug screening (offers contingent on results)
