What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Assist the National Events Manager with the coordination of large-scale national events, managing timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate event logistics including venue arrangements, travel and hotel bookings, and registration processes
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners through effective communication and contract tracking
  • Track event budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate reconciliation and reporting
  • Collaborate with regional event coordinators and internal teams to support event planning efforts
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event coordination, project support, or related roles
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working with senior leadership and effectively communicating across all levels of an organization
  • Ability to travel for on-site event execution and site inspections
