Job Summary

The Operations Assistant will support the Product organization by keeping day‑to‑day operations organized, documented, and running smoothly. This role sits at the intersection of executive support, product coordination, and office operations, providing administrative and operational support to the CPO and Product leadership, assisting with documentation and scheduling, and ensuring product information is organized and accessible.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to CPO and SVP of Product.
  • Act as a partial office administrator to the Impiricus NYC office.
  • Lead scheduling and logistics for product team offsites, including travel and hotel bookings.
  • Inform the CPO and ELT by flagging risks, delays, or follow‑ups that need attention.
  • Assist with creating and formatting slides, documents, and basic product materials.
  • Manage scheduling and coordination for product reviews, planning sessions, and leadership touchpoints.
  • Support the Product team in preparing materials for industry events in partnership with Marketing.
  • Maintain exceptional organization and follow‑through to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Serve as the right‑hand partner to the CPO by anticipating needs, removing blockers, and ensuring smooth operations.
Experience
  • 3+ years in Operations, Administrative, Coordination, or similar roles within SaaS, Technology, Pharma, or Healthtech.
  • Experience partnering directly with executives and senior leaders.
  • Familiarity with how Product and Engineering teams operate, even if not in a formal product role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and details.
  • Comfort using tools such as Jira, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with scheduling, documentation, and coordination across teams.
  • Ability to handle both administrative tasks and light operational work with care and discretion.
  • Clear communication skills and strong follow‑through.
Key Qualifications
  • Basic product fluency to understand terminology, workflows, and how teams collaborate.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to keep information, schedules, and tasks on track.
  • Trusted executive support skills with the ability to anticipate needs and communicate clearly.
  • This is a hybrid position based in Manhattan, with at least 1–2 days per week in office.

Salary range: $100,000 - $110,000. Where you land within the range will reflect your skills, experience, and location, while keeping team parity in mind and leaving room for future growth.
