Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry & Database Management
- Enter, update, and validate data across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
- Clean, organize, and format data for easy use and reporting.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Convert raw information into structured formats (Excel, Sheets, CRM, etc.).
- Maintain well-organized digital files and naming systems.
- Manage emails, scheduling, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist with online research and documentation.
- Prepare basic reports, summaries, and data-based insights.
- Support team members with various operational tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
, Data Entry Clerk
, or Administrative Assistant
. - Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Excel
, Google Sheets
, and data entry tools. - Ability to work with CRMs, online dashboards, and cloud-based platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and deliver error-free work.
- Experience with data cleaning, formatting, and spreadsheet formulas.
- Familiarity with task management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Basic analysis skills (filters, pivot tables, reporting).
- Someone reliable, disciplined, and detail-obsessed.
- A self-starter who can work independently without supervision.
