About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations. While this role covers general administrative assistance, the primary focus is accurate, fast, and well-structured data entry. You will help maintain our databases, organize digital information, and ensure data consistency across platforms—supporting the smooth workflow of our team.

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Database Management
  • Enter, update, and validate data across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
  • Clean, organize, and format data for easy use and reporting.
  • Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Convert raw information into structured formats (Excel, Sheets, CRM, etc.).
  • Maintain well-organized digital files and naming systems.
General Virtual Assistant Duties (30%)
  • Manage emails, scheduling, and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist with online research and documentation.
  • Prepare basic reports, summaries, and data-based insights.
  • Support team members with various operational tasks.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
    , Data Entry Clerk
    , or Administrative Assistant
    .
  • Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Excel
    , Google Sheets
    , and data entry tools.
  • Ability to work with CRMs, online dashboards, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely and deliver error-free work.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with data cleaning, formatting, and spreadsheet formulas.
  • Familiarity with task management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Basic analysis skills (filters, pivot tables, reporting).
