Our clients regularly call in our outsourcing service to temporary reinforce their teams or to replace one of their permanent co-workers for a limited period.
You will work on site at our clients in the larger Brussels area or in your home office, according to the needs of the moment and you will integrate a team or work on an autonomous basis.
You will be asked to take care of all types of administrative support duties and responsibilities: agenda management, travel organisation, expense notes, event organisation, budget management, financial administration, support to projects (e.g. marketing), typical management assistant tasks, etc.
Projects can range from 1 month to 12 months or longer. Full-time or part-time (starting from 1 to 2 days/week).
The freelancers in our network can typically look back upon a rich and varied experience acquired in professional, international working environments. You have a very good level in English, Dutch and French, and are proficient in MS Office.
You are a self-starter who is quick at grasping ideas and learning new skills. Thanks to your strong people skills, you integrate any team easily.
And of course, you have a self-employed status.
