Role Summary

Provide administrative support to financial advisors, ensuring a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist in the annual business planning process, developing strategies for the upcoming year.
  • Actively listen for situations that may indicate a need for additional services.
  • Support marketing activities, such as planning and executing events.
  • Handle account opening, transfers, and other requests; process transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives.
  • Streamline processes by updating SOPs and executing the branch business plan.
  • Use technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and firm-provided software.
Training & Support
  • Comprehensive 6‑month training with experienced peer mentoring.
  • Wide support network from branch to region to home office.

Compensation
  • Hiring Minimum: $21.38
