** Part time position available weekend availability required (5 pm-8 pm a few days mid week and 9 am- 6 pm on Sunday)

Starting at $18.00 per hour

Role:
Important role that sets the tone of First Impressions by being a liaison with members of our Leadership Team, Residents, and Family Members . Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the front desk and telephone while providing assistance through administrative and clerical duties to support the Juniper Team.

Responsibilities:

Greets and directs visitors to the building and maintains a clean and organized work space to include waiting and concierge areas.

Answers incoming phone calls, forwards and takes messages as appropriate.

Assists in mailing and marketing initiatives by organizing and distributing mail, sending and receiving packages, prepares and sends communities invitations, notices, flyers, etc. as directed.

Performs secretarial and computer/data processing duties such as preparing reports and logs, coordinating move-ins, resident assessments and transportation, preparing resident files, prepares training materials, and assists with coordination of onboarding/hiring process as needed.

Requirements:

High School Diploma is preferred.

Aptitude for math and computer knowledge preferred.

Previous healthcare or service-related experience preferred.
