• Manage executive calendars and appointments
• Organize and respond to emails professionally
• Create presentations, spreadsheets, and reports

• Support project management and personal tasks

• 1+ years of administrative experience (3+ preferred)
• Available Monday–Friday during business hours
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
