Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and help streamline daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is a strong online researcher, highly organized, and comfortable with a variety of platforms including Google Sheets, Slack, Loom, Hub Spot, and Buffer.

This is not a customer service call center job — it’s a hands-on operations support role where you’ll wear many hats, from updating spreadsheets to executing marketing tasks and supporting light client needs.

Responsibilities
  • Research & Data Entry: Conduct thorough online research on various topics (tools, vendors, competitors, leads, etc.). Enter, organize, and update information in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with light admin tasks assigned through Click Up. Follow clear SOPs (standard operating procedures) provided via Loom videos.
  • Client Support (Light): Respond to basic client support emails or inquiries as needed. Escalate complex requests appropriately.
  • Marketing Support: Help schedule posts via Buffer and manage basic marketing workflows in Hub Spot. Update contact records, tag contacts, and assist with light CRM tasks.
  • Basic Design Support: Use Canva to create or edit simple graphics for social media, emails, or internal docs.
  • Communication &

    Collaboration:

    Communicate clearly with the team via Slack. Reference training videos and instructions provided via Loom.
Requirements
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive)
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Click Up
  • Basic knowledge of Hub Spot
    , Buffer
    , and CRMs (or a willingness to learn)
  • Experience using Canva or similar design tools
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in using Slack for team communication
  • Comfortable using Loom for video-based training and task instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple small tasks daily
Nice-to-Haves (Not Required but a Plus)
  • Previous experience in a marketing agency or startup environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Notion, Airtable, or Photoshop
  • Prior remote VA or executive assistant experience
