Summary
The Permit Coordinator is responsible for data entry of driver trip records and processing of suspended trips in the trip record imaging system. The role backs up the permit desk several times a week and handles suspended GPS trip processes. The coordinator works directly with state agencies, the SSC, field personnel, and internal department staff.
Essential Functions- Key in paper documents and imaged trips with accurate data entry.
- Communicate via email and conference calls with partners in India (WNS) to provide feedback on the data entry process performed in India.
- Run and work specific reports related to duplicate trips and duplicate fuel.
- Work flexibly within a team to meet monthly department goals.
- Learn daily permit functions and act as backup, communicating with field and state agencies.
- Handle daily and yearly bulk fuel processing.
- Assist with the permit renewal process.
H.S. diploma/GED Basic Financial Accounting course or equivalent.
ExperienceOne (1) year or more of proficient data entry and intermediate Excel skills.

Compensation InformationHourly: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour.
