Online Sales Support
Location: Oakwood Store |
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm or Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am - 5pm, will vary
Rate: $16.00/hr.
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to support our online sales team. This role ensures accurate order processing, payment handling, fraud investigation, and top-tier customer service via phone, chat, and email.
Key Responsibilities- Audit and process online orders
- Handle payments, refunds, account reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Investigate and resolve fraud and order discrepancies
- Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email
- Schedule deliveries and service appointments
- Maintain accurate records and provide clerical support
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
- May require occasional travel to store locations
- Must be able to sit for long periods and use standard office equipment
