Position Overview
The Office Manager at Nuqleous Headquarters in Bentonville, AR, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This individual will be responsible for managing administrative functions, supporting staff, overseeing facilities, and fostering a productive and positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, package shipping/receiving, and supply management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, vendors, and visitors
- Manage office budgets, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Coordinate meetings, employee and customer events, and travel arrangements for team members
- Maintain office equipment and ensure facilities are in optimal condition
- Implement and improve office policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding, offboarding, recordkeeping, and equipment administration
- Assist executives and technical teams with administrative tasks as needed.
- Oversee IT asset inventory and liaise with technology support staff to resolve issues
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment
Support internal communications with a focus on client and employee programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in office management, preferably in a technology or startup environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and office management software; familiarity with technology tools is a plus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing needs in a dynamic workplace
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Full-time position, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime or after-hours support as needed
- Office-based role with opportunities for remote work depending on company policy
- Fast-paced environment with frequent interactions across departments
