What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Perform data entry for driver trip records and manage suspended trips in the imaging system
  • Communicate effectively with external partners and internal teams to provide feedback on data entry processes
  • Generate and analyze reports related to duplicate trips and fuel entries
  • Support the permit renewal process and assist with daily permit functions
  • Ensure timely completion of the daily and yearly bulk fuel process
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED, with a Basic Financial Accounting course or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in data entry with intermediate Excel proficiency
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task
  • Familiarity with Access and Word in addition to Excel skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities
