Our company is currently seeking ?an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our clients as well as performing administrative duties.

Responsibilities
  • Draft professional correspondence
  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Keep track of deadlines
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Perform other office tasks as needed
  • Ability to work in the office some days but working from home a few days per week is also just fine
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, office administration, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP (or willingness to learn)
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Adept problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
