Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our client for an immediate hire of a Temporary Executive Administrative Assistant to work HYBRID and based out of Westborough MA
.

This position supports the Chief Human Resource Officer and Group Chief Legal Officer.

Position is expected to run through the end of the year but has potential to convert to a permanent role.
Ideal start date is September 22nd.

Salary: Up to $39 per hour

Hybrid

Schedule:

Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm, 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home

Responsibilities
  • Proactive calendar management for executive’s calendar and contacts
  • Act as the liaison between the CLO, CHRO and the Managers for scheduling meetings with internal and external attendees
  • Type and distribute meeting notes and draft letters, mail, and email correspondence
  • Arrange travel, answer phones and take and relay voice mail and email messages
  • Prepare and maintain expense reports, including coding, providing receipts
  • Assist with On-boarding employees, receiving laptops, software, etc.
  • Create/Maintain Team Organization Charts
  • Organize, coordinate and budget for departmental outings/events
  • Expenses, travel, filing, presentation preparation and copying, as needed
  • Preparation of Quarterly Board of Directors material
  • Provide back up to other Executive Assistants, when needed
Experience Required
  • Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Experience in HR or Legal department is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Adobe Acrobat experience a plus.
  • Strong communications, time management, and customer service skills
