Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team remotely from anywhere in Germany. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our operational workflow, ensuring seamless coordination, scheduling, and communication across the team and with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high‑level administrative support to management and team members.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle email correspondence and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Assist with client communication and follow‑ups.
- Organize and maintain digital files, databases, and records.
- Support project management tasks and track progress on key initiatives.
- Conduct basic research and compile data for reports or presentations.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support team productivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German language skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Comfortable working independently and in a remote team environment.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or in a related administrative role is preferred.
- Experience in handling confidential information and professional correspondence is advantageous.
- Familiarity with project management or CRM tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Hub Spot) is a plus.
- Full‑time remote position with flexible working hours, typically aligning with CET (Central European Time).
- Occasional attendance in virtual team meetings may be required.
