Virtual Assistant

Type: Part-time to Full-time (flexible to start)

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support multiple growing online businesses. This role requires strong written English
, comfort working with structured processes, and the ability to switch between marketing, admin, and light technical tasks.

• Create and schedule social media posts
• Manage and optimize Google AdWords campaigns
• Handle direct outreach and responses on social media
  , answering questions about our services professionally
• Use Google Sheets to support lead generation, tracking, and process workflows
• Complete online forms related to our services accurately and on time
• Calendar management
  , including staff schedules and coordination
• Generate online content using ChatGPT (posts, drafts, summaries, outreach copy)
• Airbnb operations

• Strong English skills (written and reading) – required
• Exceptional attention to detail (this is critical)
• Highly organized and process-driven
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
• Able to follow instructions precisely and ask clarifying questions when needed
• Reliable internet connection and consistent availability

• Technical background or familiarity with:
• Digital marketing tools
• CRM systems
• No-code / low-code platforms
• Automation tools
• Experience supporting multiple brands or clients
• Familiarity with Airbnb or short-term rental operations
