YO is looking for
motivated, detail-oriented individuals
who are serious about building a long-term career in bookkeeping and billing. No prior experience is required—we’ll train you! If you’re dependable, eager to learn, and ready to grow with a fast-paced company, we want to hear from you.
Position Type:Full-Time
Schedule:Flexible hours between 3 AM – 11 PM EST (3 PM – 11 PM Singapore Time)
Compensation:Depends on experience
Location:Remote
- Convert PDF statements to CSV files
- Upload and categorize transactions in Quick Books or Wave App
- Assist with billing tasks for our companies
- Reconcile books and generate financial reports
- Support special projects and administrative tasks
- Attend weekly training calls and grow into leadership roles
- Some college or GED
preferred - Bilingual (English/Chinese)is a plus
- A computer with at least an i3 processor
- Stable internet connection
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
