The Boutique COO is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a client who requires hands‑on experience with Dubsado
, a CRM and workflow automation platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is comfortable working independently.
You’ll be joining a fast‑growing team that supports entrepreneurs and founders with operational excellence. The position starts at 20 hours per week and may expand to 40 hours as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client projects and meet deadlines
- Perform virtual assistant tasks including scheduling, emailing, lead conversion, research, and data entry
- Use Dubsado to manage workflows, forms, and client communications
- Communicate professionally with clients and adapt to changing priorities
- Apply critical thinking to suggest improvements or alternative strategies
- Maintain organization across multiple tasks and deadlines
- At least 6 months of experience using Dubsado
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to create plans from open-ended tasks
- Experience in project and process management
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Must be U.S.
-based (California residents are not eligible) - Minimum of 2 years freelancing experience
- Not currently enrolled in school or working a full‑time W2 job
- Fully remote work within the U.S.
- Flexible weekday schedule with 1–2 day turnaround on most projects
- Starting pay of $23/hour
