KeyObjectives
- Efficiently process, organize, and maintain company records both digitally and physically
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Support various departments by providing timely access to records and reports
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of records management procedures
- Receive, review, and process incoming documents and records according to company standards
- Classify and file records systematically for easy retrieval
- Maintain and update electronic databases and physical filing systems
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and improve record-keeping processes
- Provide support for audits and record reviews when required
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
- Proven experience in records management, data entry, or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with database management systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or office setting
- Basic understanding of data privacy laws and compliance standards is a plus
