WFH Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems and databases. The ideal candidate is dependable, tech-savvy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Enter, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases
• Verify accuracy of data before inputting
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies
• Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Communicate with team members or clients to gather missing or unclear information
• Adhere to deadlines and productivity goals
• Generate reports and summaries as required

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer or administrative training is a plus
• Proven experience in data entry or similar role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace
• Familiarity with data management systems and CRM tools is a plus
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer/laptop
