In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting clients with seamless travel planning and scheduling, ensuring every journey is organized with precision and care. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and activities.
  • Develop and maintain accurate, comprehensive travel itineraries.
  • Communicate directly with clients to confirm details and understand their preferences.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Liaise with a network of vendors and partners to secure optimal travel solutions.
  • Monitor trip progress, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts to ensure smooth travel.
  • Ensure all arrangements align with client expectations and logistical requirements.
