In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting clients with seamless travel planning and scheduling, ensuring every journey is organized with precision and care. Key Responsibilities- Assist clients in coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and activities.
- Develop and maintain accurate, comprehensive travel itineraries.
- Communicate directly with clients to confirm details and understand their preferences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Liaise with a network of vendors and partners to secure optimal travel solutions.
- Monitor trip progress, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts to ensure smooth travel.
- Ensure all arrangements align with client expectations and logistical requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Able to effectively balance multiple priorities and manage time independently.
- Familiarity with online booking platforms and basic computer proficiency.
