Job OverviewAt Edward Jones, Branch Office Administrators (BOAs) are the first voice clients hear and the first face they see. BOAs support financial advisors by managing client records, coordinating meetings, and ensuring a positive client experience. The role requires a strong client focus, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple administrative tasks while building lasting client relationships.

Support and Development- Comprehensive 6‑month training led by experienced peers
- Wide support network from branch office to home office

- Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions
