Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll provide seamless support to clients, assist financial advisors, and ensure a positive client experience.

- Maximum: $27.74/hr
- Client Service:
Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions - Account Management:
Learn the financial services industry, handle account opening, transfers, and other requests - Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently with scheduling, materials preparation, correspondence, and marketing initiatives - Technology:
Computer literacy with a willingness to learn Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and firm‑provided software
