We are looking for detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Entry Clerks to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and platforms. This position is fully remote and offers flexible scheduling, including day and night shift options.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately input data into internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems
- Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Verify and cross-check data from multiple sources
- Organize and maintain digital files and documents
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets
- Communicate with team members or supervisors regarding any data discrepancies
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate s degree is a plus - Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role preferred
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (e.g., 50+ WPM preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home workspace
- Flexibility to work either day or night shifts, including weekends if needed
- Day Shift: Generally between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (based on time zone)
- Night Shift: Generally between 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Options for part-time or full-time shifts
