Work Hours: 25-30 hours/week, must be available during 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Compensation Range: $25-35/hr W2

Job Description: Supporting the B2B Intermediaries Group by managing operational tasks related to compliance and communication workflows.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Mark up and generate PDFs containing investment income data.
• Facilitate the execution and delivery of compliance notifications.
• Manage audience lists and ensure accurate document distribution.
• Work within strict time frames to meet deadlines.
• Support project and traffic coordination efforts.
• Prioritize and reprioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • 3 years of experience in an operational role within a project/traffic management function.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience coordinating cross-functionally.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and a quick learner with strong time management skills.
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience working in financial services or compliance-heavy environments.
  • Familiarity with document management systems.
