We’re looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant who can help keep us organized, focused, and grounded as we continue to grow. This is a new role for a husband-and-wife team, created to support the business owners with scheduling, email management, mail coordination, and other administrative tasks.
You’ll be working remotely
, but we require that you’re based in West Michigan
, as in-person connection may occasionally be needed. We’re looking for someone who truly enjoys helping others and thrives in a supportive, team-oriented approach.
- Manage and maintain business and personal calendars
- Schedule meetings and protect personal/family time on the calendar
- Monitor and organize business email inboxes
- Manage incoming mail from 3 business locations
- Track, organize, and follow through on communication needs
- Provide light support for personal tasks or special projects as needed
- Help the owners stay engaged and focused on what matters most
- Help with organization and workflow of volunteer non-profit board commitments
- Prior administrative experience strongly preferred
- Highly organized, dependable, and proactive
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office / 365
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Deep integrity and commitment to confidentiality
- Positive, calm, and thoughtful in your approach
- Local to West Michigan (required)
- Work from home (with the ability to meet in person as needed)
