Remote Records Clerk

Seeking a dedicated Remote Records Clerk to support our administrative team. This part-time role involves managing records and ensuring data integrity within our systems. • Maintain and organize records accurately in the database.
• Process incoming documentation related to admin enrollment and transfers.
• Assist with data entry tasks as needed for reporting purposes.

• Maintain filing systems.
• Order office supplies.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations regarding information.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
