Client Service Specialist II
What You’ll Do- Collaborate with client‑facing roles and communicate effectively with internal clients regarding special timing requests and routine employee data, delivering excellent client service.
- Ensure client needs are met by providing consolidated, timely, and complete reporting, including communication on complex plan administration procedures.
- Review and analyze data for reasonability and accuracy.
- Recognize and research unusual or complex situations and provide timely resolutions to business partners and clients.
- Develop an extensive knowledge of our record‑keeping system and processes to assist and support work queues managed by the traditional CSS role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with 2+ years of related work experience.
- Preferred experience working with a variety of retirement products (DC, DB, ESOPs, KSOPs).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal, basic math, organizational, reading comprehension, interpretation, negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to balance working independently with working in a team environment to meet customer needs and achieve overall goals.
- Proven understanding of accounting and record‑keeping systems and PC applications such as Express, IBPM, and Salesforce, along with strong skills within Excel; WEBI report experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of plan and contract documents, manuals, procedures, and company products and services.
$20 – $31.73 per hour
Time Off ProgramPersonal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non‑exempt) employees and allows for accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use PTO for vacation, personal, or short‑term illness.

Work EnvironmentsThis role offers in‑office, hybrid (at least three office days per typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). Work location will be determined with your leader based on multiple factors.
