Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Answer business phones and handle requests
- Effectively use office software(s) to
- Schedule appointments
- Provide quotes
- Order Products
- Manage product delivery and installation
- Resolve customer reported issues or escalate
- Follow up with suppliers, customers and colleagues regarding issues or questions
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook
- Schedule and attend regular meetings with Marketing partners
- Regularly update website and Google Business Profile
- Create and follow up on unpaid invoices
- Manage incoming emails, including determining which need urgent action and alerting owner
- MUST reside near the Baltimore, MD area
- Working knowledge of office software and equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, general social media management, and use of technology overall
- Preferred: previous experience with CRM platforms including Podium and Touchpoint
