A large tax and advisory firm is seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support the team during the Fall tax season. This remote position requires full-time availability from mid-January 2026 through April 16, 2026. Responsibilities include assembling tax returns, maintaining system knowledge, and effective communication. Candidates should have at least 1 year of administrative experience and proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office.
The pay range is $18 to $21 per hour.
