*** Unterstützung des Generalagenten und der Aussendienstmitarbeitenden in sämtlichen administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen
* Entgegennahme von Kundenanrufen sowie Kundenempfang in der Generalagentur
* Terminvereinbarungen für Vorsorgeberater (Inbound)
* Erstellung von Offerten, Kundenunterlagen, Statistiken und Auswertungen
* Unterstützung bei Verkaufsförderungsmassnahmen inkl. Verwaltung der Werbeartikel
* Erfassung und Pflege von Daten in diversen Swiss Life Applikationen
* Mithilfe und Organisation von Kundenevents und Marketingaktionen
* Aufbau und Pflege der Social Media Präsenz der Generalagentur
** Ihre Stärken
*** Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Assekuranz- oder Kundendienstbereich
* Sehr gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Zahlen- und Organisationsflair
* Gewinnende, belastbare und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit
