Invoicing Clerk – Data Entry

We are looking for invoicing clerks to join our team in‑office in Toronto, ON. The role supports day‑to‑day invoicing transactions, filing, and ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.

• Create invoices and verify data input for accuracy.
• File documents and correspondence into client files.
• Identify billing errors and determine corrective action.
• Utilize Excel to manage and analyze data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong computer skills, including high proficiency with MS Office.
• Data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling large amounts of data and repetitive tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Team player with a can‑do attitude.
• Responsible and dependable, able to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Willingness to learn.
