WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORTrillium Health Resources has a career opening for a LTSS Triage Specialist to join our team! The LTSS Triage Specialist provides confidential administrative and specialist support to the IDD Care Management Department. (Directors, LTSS Managers, Supervisors, Monitors, Residential Health Specialists and Care Managers).
This position may provide support to other Care Management teams as requested and needed.
ON A TYPICAL DAY, YOU MIGHT:- Assist IDD Leadership with daily operations and planning.
- Provide administrative assistance with projects or assignments when needed.
- Provide administrative, clerical, or custodial oversight or action to resolve day-to-day issues.
- Review 3051 forms for accuracy and follow up with the requestor as needed for missing information.
- Data entry, reconciling, tracking, and monitoring of internal data collection and State reports related to LTSS.

Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year clerical experience or equivalent combination of education/experience. Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must reside in North Carolina and be able to report to closest Trillium office. Trillium offices are in the following North Carolina locations:
Ahoskie, Asheboro, Beulaville, Greenville, Greensboro, West End, Wilmington, and Wilson. - Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
Preferred:
- Prefer experience in assisting a senior executive and four years’ clerical and office management experience.
