Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. What you’ll do- Provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors.
- Help clients achieve their long-term financial goals as part of a Client Support Team.
- Be the first voice a client hears when they call and the first face they see when they walk in the door.
- Comprehensive 6-month training including an experienced peer mentor.
- Wide support network from the branch to regional and home office.
- Independent work with a large backing team.
- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
- Assist in annual business planning and develop strategies for the upcoming year.
- Actively listen for situations indicating a need for additional services.
- Support marketing activities, planning and executing events.
- Client Service: provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; build strong client relationships.
- Account Management: learn the financial services industry; handle account openings, transfers, and related requests; process transactions; maintain client records.
- Administrative & Operational Support: work independently under the financial advisor direction; manage scheduling, meeting materials, correspondence, and marketing support; contribute to SOP updates and branch planning.
- Technology: strong computer literacy; willingness to learn Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm software.
