Position: Remote Email Correspondence Clerk - Retiree Friendly

The Role About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Email Correspondence Clerk to join our remote team. This position is also ideal for retirees, seniors, or anyone seeking a steady and flexible role that allows you to work from home. Your primary responsibility will be handling incoming and outgoing email communications, organizing responses, and supporting light office administration tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
  • Providing other organizational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.
  • Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Escalating customer feedback as required.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant or Customer Service role, ideally within the Professional Services and Utilities industry.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada. US and Canada applicants only
  • You are organized and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Power point).
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
