Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Listing management:
Expertly manage and maintain accurate property listings across MLS and other real estate platforms.

CRM & Lead Management:
Utilize CRM systems (e.g., KVCore, Zoho, Salesforce) to manage client data, track leads, and nurture relationships.

Client Communication:
Provide exceptional client support through prompt and professional responses via email, chat, and phone.

Scheduling & Coordination:
Efficiently schedule and confirm property showings, appointments, and meetings, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, agents, and vendors.

Market Analysis & Reporting:
Conduct thorough market research and generate insightful reports on property trends to support strategic decision-making.

Document Preparation & Management:
Assist in the preparation and management of essential real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures.

Vendor Coordination:
Effectively communicate and coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure smooth operational flow.

Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including file management, email organization, and task prioritisation.
