Branch Office Administrator (BOA).
Full‑Time.
Branch Address: 544 Auburn Ravine Road, Auburn, CA.

Role SummaryAs a BOA you will provide seamless support to our clients and financial advisors. You play a key role in client accounts, communications, and ensuring a positive client experience.

- Take an active role in the annual business‑planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
- Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
- Provide client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support team members.
- Account management – open accounts, handle transfers, process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Administrative and operational support – schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes, update SOPs, and execute on the branch business plan.
- Technology usage – strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new tech such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.

- Competitive hourly pay – $26.10 to $27.74 with potential merit‑based increases.
