- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 2‑4 years of related experience.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist claims team partners by leveraging systems and documented processes to complete the initial eligibility verification on all new claims filed.
- Maintain ownership of client specific email box to ensure timely processing of incoming mail and the creation of new claims as needed.
- Research outstanding items to resolution.
- Print and mail communications as needed.
- Build effective working relationships with internal partner teams.
- Review daily and weekly reports to ensure accuracy of assigned work items.
- Remain current on customer service policies and procedures.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and work independently to some degree.
- Support management with special projects as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The salary range for this role is $35,000 to $45,000. Compensation decisions consider education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation.
