We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Verification Clerk to join our team. Objectives

As a Data Verification Clerk your primary objective will be to review verify and maintain data accuracy across various platforms and databases. You will collaborate with different departments to ensure data consistency, identify discrepancies and support data quality initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Review and verify data entries for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
  • Cross-check information against source documents and databases to identify errors or discrepancies.
  • Update and maintain data records in compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Communicate with relevant teams to resolve data issues and clarify information.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to data quality and verification outcomes.
  • Adhere to data privacy and security protocols while handling sensitive information.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance data verification efficiency.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry verification or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with data management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
