• Examine and interpret invoices and numerical data submitted by dealers to ensure accurate reimbursement rates
• Verify job cards according to the type of service repair and identify qualifying repairs
• Compute average markup percentages for parts and effective labor rates
• Advise clients on recommended adjustments to markups or labor rates
• Maintain an efficient file system and coordinate work assignments

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of professional work experience in automotive, business, or accounting
• Strong analytical, data entry, and process-oriented skills
• Excellent attention to detail, especially with numerical and financial calculations
• Ability to work reliably according to a set schedule, Monday to Friday

• Associate degree in a related field
• Background in dealership service administration, service management, warranty administration, or parts management
