Education & Experience Required
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 2‑4 years of related experience.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Principal

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist claims team partners by leveraging systems and documented processes to complete the initial eligibility verification on all new claims filed.
  • Maintain ownership of client specific email box to ensure timely processing of incoming mail and the creation of new claims as needed.
  • Research outstanding items to resolution.
  • Print and mail communications as needed.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal partner teams.
  • Review daily and weekly reports to ensure accuracy of assigned work items.
  • Remain current on customer service policies and procedures.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and work independently to some degree.
  • Support management with special projects as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Benefits & Total Rewards

The salary range for this role is $35,000 to $45,000. Compensation decisions consider education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation.
