the employment development department (edd), document management division is searching for a motivated, skilled, and challenge‑seeking individual who enjoys innovation, problem‑solving, and is interested in working with an exciting team of professionals in a fast‑paced environment. Under the direct supervision of the staff services manager i in the information management group i, the incumbent assists the supervisors and managers within the document and information management center with more complex analytical assignments including legislation, training, procedures, testing, workload management reports, and business process improvement efforts.

The incumbent needs to be flexible and adaptable to frequent workload changes based on organizational workload priorities. The incumbent must also have strong organizational and communication abilities (written and verbal) to support the edd's mission, vision, values, and business priorities.
