Office Personnel Administrator (Full Time)
We are hiring immediately for a full‑time OFFICE PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATOR position.
Location:
Canteen Refreshments – 940 Lively Boulevard, Wood Dale, IL 60191. Online applications accepted only.
Schedule:
Full‑time, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary; more details upon interview.
Requirement:
Previous administrative experience is preferred.
Pay Range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Job SummaryPerforms a variety of clerical duties, including answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing, word processing, office machine operation, and filing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Train other staff members to perform work activities, such as using computer applications.
- Answer telephones, direct calls, take messages, and run errands.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record/transcribe minutes.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Complete work schedules, manage calendars, and arrange appointments.
- Open and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
- Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, and checks.
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers, scanners, facsimile machines, voicemail systems, and personal computers.
- Type, format, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information in response to requests.
- Compute, record, and proofread data and other information.
- Process and prepare documents, such as business or government forms and expense reports.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
- Communicate with customers, employees, and others to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
- Collect, count, and disburse money; perform basic bookkeeping; complete banking transactions.
- Troubleshoot problems involving office equipment.
