The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are delighted to be working with a pioneering and people-focused specialist business to recruit a proactive and highly organised Administrator to join their growing team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.​

As Administrator, you will provide wide-ranging administrative and project support across the Commercialisation, Executive Office, and Marketing functions, playing a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.​

This is a varied and hands-on role that will see you coordinating complex diaries and travel, supporting internal and external meetings and events, and helping to deliver key projects and business initiatives.​

The successful Administrator will work closely with senior leaders and colleagues across the business, ensuring they are fully supported with high-quality administration, clear communication, and excellent attention to detail.

Requirements

* Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally supporting multiple stakeholders or teams.​

* Strong diary and travel management skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and bespoke travel arrangements.​

* Confident and adaptable communicator, comfortable engaging with senior leaders, colleagues, and external stakeholders.​

* High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when managing documents, records, and meeting logistics.​

* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines.​

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and digital collaboration tools, with a willingness to embrace new systems and AI tools to enhance efficiency.​

* A positive, values-driven approach, with a genuine desire to support others and contribute to the continued growth of our client.​
