What You'll Do

As our Billing Clerk, you will:

* Prepare invoices, bills, and compile data for multiple dealerships.

* Complete all dealer trades.

* Prepare, file, and audit finalized deals for compliance.

* Process invoicing for new and used vehicle purchases.

* Prepare loan payoffs for trade-in vehicles.

* Verify the accuracy of multi-line items.

* Post deals into the accounting system.

* Reconcile General Ledger schedules.

* Communicate any issues promptly to your lead.

* Maintain organized filing systems.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

* 1-2 years of dealership billing experience.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.

* Ability to pass background check, MVR check, and drug screening.
